When we work with our clients we have a good time, but when it comes to your numbers we are all business. However, we don’t focus on the numbers to the exclusion of the bigger picture. In fact, our focus is the bigger picture, emphasizing profitability, proactivity, and plain talk. And, while we have a healthy respect for history – we spend most of our time looking ahead for ways to improve profitability and cash flow.

Anna Masker
President
In addition to running Profit Point Consulting, Anna Masker is a specialist in customer profitability and developing cash flow forecasting systems. She has helped small businesses get control over cash flow and has implemented leading-edge customer profitability systems at large and mid-sized companies to segment client bases and target growth opportunities.
She provides the deep-dive analysis for clients to help them understand the gap between their income from sales and their remaining bank balance. A Six Sigma Greenbelt, Anna received an MBA from New York University, a BS from Manhattan College and is graduate of GE’s Financial Management Training Program.
Debra Houston, CMA
Controller
Debra Houston provides financial controllership services to companies of all sizes. She has assisted international and domestic companies in managing their business growth and was instrumental in directing a client's business from start-up to $5MM inside of four years.
During her 20 year career at Fortune 100 companies, Debra's experience ranged from corporate finance, international reporting, business analysis and sales operations. She is experienced in managing cross-functional teams and working with all levels of management. Debra has transferred these skills from' world-class' organizations to helping smaller businesses meet their goals and realizing their financial potential.
Debra holds a BBA in Accountancy, is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and holds a degree in Financial Planning. She is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and is an active member of and serves on the board of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO).
Walter Psztur
CFO
Walter M. Psztur has served as CFO of a public company and as a senior level advisor to a number of small to mid-sized companies. Walter has deep experience in helping to build companies to the next level.
During his 25 year+ career, Walter has financial and accounting experience working with companies such as Standard Motor Products, EasyLink Services, ITT and IFF. He brings to Profit Point an array of experiences from managing rapid growth, turnarounds, restructuring, banking relationships, risk management and raising capital to cost accounting, inventory control and accounting operations in manufacturing, distribution and service businesses.
He founded and ran a consulting services firm which provided CFO, accounting and finance services to public and private companies with sales that ranged from $20 to $800 Million. Prior he was CFO of Internet Commerce Corporation, Inc., re-named EasyLink Services International Corporation (NASDAQ: ESIC) where he served from 1997 to 2004.
Walter holds a BS in Accountancy from St. Peter's College, is married and has two children in college.
Anne Eby, CPA
CFO
Anne Eby is a versatile CFO/COO with experience in organizations ranging from midsize to fortune 100 corporations. She operates as a senior advisor managing rapid growth and the associated risks and is adept at leading cross-functional teams.
During her thirty year career, Anne served Vice President of Finance and Operations at Innovations in Wallcoverings, Inc. in New York City for thirteen years and CFO of GFI Holding Company, Inc. (d/b/a IXSPA Apparel) in Lawrenceville for eight years. In between those two jobs, Anne spent six months as Interim CFO of Commvault Systems, Inc., where she assisted DLJ Merchant Bank to establish a finance department for this recently acquired company. She brings to Profit Point an array of experience from audit and due diligence to corporate controllership to finance, accounting, and operational leadership in mid-sized businesses.
Anne is a PricewaterhouseCoopers Alumni and an active status CPA in the State of New Jersey. She is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and serves as Treasurer on the board of Einstein’s Alley, a non-profit economic development initiative that supports technology growth in IT, life sciences, and green environmental companies.
Anne graduated cum laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University where she was President of the Accounting Club. Anne and her husband are long-time residents of Lawrenceville, New Jersey.
Gail Graham
Client Accounting Manager
Gail has spent her entire 25-year career working in small business accounting, as well as owning and running her own small businesses. She has served as Accounting Manager/Controller/Human Resources Manager at Kanomax USA, a maker of airflow measurement instruments, where she was responsible for all daily accounting activities, reporting, and General Ledger analysis.
Responsible for our clients' day-to-day accounting, Gail is also a Peachtree expert and brings to our clients a strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of accounting to help our clients get the most information out of their financials.
Kristi Rosenberg
Client Accounting Manager
Kristi Rosenberg is responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations of our clients. She has been a senior staff accountant and operations manager for a CPA firm and brings to Profit Point a wealth of knowledge doing compilations, reviews and audits.
Kristi is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and has experience across multiple industries, preparing federal, state and city tax returns for her former clients. She is a member of the Michigan and NJ Associations of CPAs as well as the American Institute of CPAs. and is a graduate of NC State with a degree in Accounting.
Winnie Westcott, CPA
Accountant, Special Projects
As a CPA and auditor, brings a deep experience of accounting to handle special projects for Profit Point's clients. She has worked with large companies such as Bed Bath & Beyond, Pricewaterhouse Coopers as well as a smaller division of Rutgers University where she was responsible for all financial activities and reporting to management.
Winnie is a lecturing professor on accounting at Rutgers University. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame, and a Masters in Accounting from Rutgers University.
