Solutions We Create
You don’t fully understand your financial statements.
Many business owners feel like they’re the only ones who don’t understand their financials. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Take one of our clients, for example. As a franchisee, she was growing her business rapidly through savvy marketing and selling. She had a great grasp of her P&L, but also knew she needed to be monitoring her balance sheet and cash flow statement – but just didn’t know where to begin.
We walked her through the importance of each financial statement and how they work together so that she could monitor her entire financial situation. We also looked over her financial statements and provided some high-level advice on how she could troubleshoot her weak points.
As we do with all of our clients, we put the egos and accounting jargon aside so that our clients can ask our two favorite questions all they want: “What does that mean?” and “Why is it important?” And we do this without the clock running because of our flat-fee policy that keeps you from having to watch a clock – and worry about costs.
