We worked with the owner of a profitable Information Technology company that had a large customer who consistently paid late, which caused the owner to constantly scramble to find cash to make payroll.

We developed a cash management tool for him so that he could proactively plan for and prioritize outgoing payments based on expected income by month – and so he could manage his bank balances in real time.

The cash flow forecast we set up for him allowed him to take a look at the entire year, month by month, and see which months he would have a cash shortfall. Then we helped him set up financing to manage through those difficult periods. With better control over his bank balances, he had the ability to reduce overdraft and bank fees by more than $1,000 each year.
